Not so long ago, kimchi, soju and barbecue were the only images that sprang to mind about Korean food.
With 9PM, we attempt to shake things up a bit and introduce the Korean street stall (Pojangmacha 포장마차) concept, with a bit of a twist. Constantly looking to the night markets of Korea for inspiration, we have worked hard to create an evolving street skewer or kkochi bento menu that strikes the perfect balance of authentic and contemporary taste and therefore, will delight the palate of urban Koreans and Singaporeans alike.
We try to balance healthy eating with hearty eating. We have an honest approach to our food and a shared love of eating it – we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
